Hey! My name is Vitaliy Demchuk, Head Coach & Founder of Jacked Hamster Fitness & Nutrition Coaching & Massage Therapy. I am ISSA Certified Nutritionist and Fitness Trainer, since 2017. I was included in a category of the best Fitness & Health Trainers in Winnipeg Night Life Awards in 2019, changed 1000s of lives for the better by teaching individuals of all walks of life, how to lose body fat, build muscle, strength, improve overall lifestyle and health, without sacrificing a healthy balance. I’ve also graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2025, as a Valedictorian and Dana Radcliffe Awards Winner - representing exceptional professionalism, leadership, respect, support, and dedication to the world of Massage Therapy, along with Academic Achievement Record of 95.8% average in Advanced Year of my studies. I have been always passionate about human anatomy, biomechanics, maximizing functionality, strength, and general health; which naturally led me into a career of coaching and massage therapy. I’ve competed in Ukraine as a professional swimmer for 10 years. As well as, I have placed 2nd in a National Canadian Competition, as a natural physique competitor and Won Iron Will Award in Winnipeg for showcasing my dedication to health, after recovering from 10 fractures in my right leg. The world of health, fitness, and massage therapy is not just a career for me, it’s my passion, and I was just lucky enough to make it my career, doing what I love, helping others to achieve their healthiest, happiest, and strongest versions of themselves.
