“General idea of JACKED HAMSTER NUTRITION PLANS ?”

I will be providing you with an individually designed NUTRITION PLAN based on your long and short-term goals, lifestyle, availability, eating habits, food preferences, occupation, experience, schedule, and commitment levels. My goal is to provide you with a sustainable program that will fit your current already existent lifestyle, so it won’t even feel like you are on some sort of a program, which will allow you to enjoy a normal-well-balanced life while still achieving your goals. EACH and every NUTRITION GUIDE that I design will ALWAYS vary, because it’s individually tailored and calculated for a specific person with SPECIFIC lifestyle, expectations, goals, and needs. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, non - vegetarian, or prefer more/less flexibility, or carb cycling, or IIFYM, or have any specific precautions... ANYTHING! I can make it ALL work, as long as we are working as a team and prioritizing your health at all times! Of course I will advise, what I think will work the best for you, BUT again, as I said before, my ultimate goal is to create a sustainable, enjoyable, and easy-to-follow plan, that will work FOR YOU!


“General idea of JACKED HAMSTER WORKOUT PLANS ?”

Exactly the same concept as a Nutrition plan, listed above. I design workout plans based on your goals, commitment levels, experience, equipment available (if any), preferences in type of training, working out at home OR gym, possible injuries that we have to take into consideration..I WILL MAKE IT WORK, AS LONG AS WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM and keeping that essential communication. I work with all types of individuals: lifestyle, bodybuilders, power-lifters, ANY sport-specific athletes, beginners to advanced, and the list can go on!


"How often will my workout and nutrition PLANS change ?”

Your Nutrition and Workout PLANS will be changing based on your results, goals, updates, check-ins, and overall satisfaction levels of my guidance and our teamwork. In different words, the number of changes and adjustments are UNLIMITED, while we work together as a team. Therefore, any changes to both: nutrition and workout plans, will always depend on my clients and their overall progression. To give you an example, If you will hit a plateau OR will simply need any type of a change/adjustment/modification in your plans for variety, intensity, and more fun purposes AT ANYTIME, then this is exactly what we will do ASAP. Communication & Teamwork ARE MY MAIN TOOLS TO SUCCESS!


“How do you keep track of my progression ?”

My coaching includes in-App Bi-weekly check-ins and progress tracking (I can track every single exercise and movement you are performing, as well as, you could synch your caloric consumption into your training app, however, it is optional feature to apply). In addition, I do provide 24/7 support via in-App messenger or WhatsApp.


“What eBOOKS you provide and how it can help me to achieve better results ?”

JH (Jacked Hamster) Recipe Book - it is a recipe book, providing 75 recipes, that I have designed myself, to make healthy nutrition more fun and tasty, and it can be applied to ANY program that I design, as long as you are willing to pay attention to a few details. Plus, you can modify and change recipes based on your own liking too, which means it is actually more than 75 recipes, by simply experimenting with other ingredient alternatives, since each and every recipe is SUPER flexible.

2. HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE eBook. The main purpose of this eBook is to teach my clients, the most important factors of how to build muscle in the most efficient and simple way possible, no matter how much experience you already have with fitness, health, and nutrition world. It is a quick read that covers everything you need to know in order to take your training to the next level.

3. HOW TO LOSE BODY FAT PERMANENTLY eBook. This eBook covers every single detail on how to lose body fat in a healthy and sustainable way, as well as debunking all the most common myths on what works, what does not, and what you should most definitely avoid when trying to get in a healthier shape.

4. HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR PROGRESS eBook. This is a bonus material covering details on how to maintain your progress after the program is “over”. You will see such topics as: Intuitive eating and how it can be applied to sustain a good progress with minimal “calorie tracking”, how to adjust and what to prioritize in your nutrition and training for “maintenance “. As well as, I cover some details on a mindset, ditching “dieting mindset”, the importance of having a routine/tips, and MORE!

ALL OF THESE eBooks are written by me (Vitaliy Demchuk), where I share not only the real science of how to achieve your goals, but also how to apply it in a realistic and healthy manner, by setting an example through my own experiences, error and trial!

I am here to provide you with a sustainable, lifestyle, healthy approach that will teach and educate you on how to live a well-balanced lifestyle while STILL achieving your goals. This is not a cookie-cutter program THAT’S FOR SURE BUT it doesn’t mean that it’s an easy journey either. In order to make an ACTUAL PERMANENT lifestyle change, you will need to get out of comfort zone, change some of your daily eating habits and choices, begin training (“training” - also includes, simply being more physically active) and willing to follow up with my guidance and check-in system. In addition, I also believe that communication is essential when it comes to my coaching techniques. Something feels wrong ? You struggling ? As I have mentioned before, I am letting you decide how long you would like to work with me. The longer you will commit, the more results you will be able to achieve. Good things take time. I am being very realistic about timeline of progression, and that’s why I created multiple plans that will allow you to decide how LONG YOU WOULD need in order to achieve your goals. Some individuals need only 4 weeks and some need months or/and years, and there is nothing wrong with it! However, I will say that STEADY progression WINS THE RACE, and always WILL! WE WANT TO CREATE an approach that will lead to permanent results and lifestyle changes, and it simply won’t happen in just a month. Lifestyle change requires practice, patience, communication, teamwork, TIME, and consistency! Lastly, results are not guaranteed, because it also depends on our teamwork. ON MY END, I will give it my all to keep you accountable, focused, and determined to your goals. I will show you step-by-step what needs to be done in order to achieve your goals. However, I can’t do an actual work for you. I will give you ALL the right tools that will allow you to succeed but at the end of the day, YOU are the one who will have to put in the physical work and get the job done!
